Thought for the Week: "A year of financial success is simply twelve months of intentional choices."

Financial Wellness Month: A Yearlong Roadmap to Stronger Financial Health

January marks Financial Wellness Month, a timely reminder that financial stability doesn’t happen by accident, it happens through consistent, intentional action. As leaders, professionals, and community builders, you have the opportunity to model financial empowerment not just for yourself, but for the communities we serve.

This year, UFSC encourages you to adopt a Monthly Financial Focus Plan - a simple, structured approach that breaks big goals into manageable steps. Each month highlights one key area of financial well‑being, helping you build momentum and stay accountable throughout the year.

Small steps add up. Consistency compounds. And with a clear plan, 2026 can be your strongest financial year yet.
